We hope you will be happy the items from Badge Bliss. 
We do not accept returns on custom items due to - 
incorrect design or artwork file (after proof has been approved)
incorrect personalisation  (after proof has been approved)
late delivery of order when it is beyond our control
    If you have any concerns about delivery time please contact us at kate@badgebliss.com.au before placing your order.
    Returns and refunds will be considered in situations where:
    we ship you the incorrect items;
    items are damaged or lost in post
    Returns will be accepted & refunds given at the discretion of Badge Bliss
      Items must be posted back to address below before claims and
      refunds are finalised. Please email us before returning your items. 
      All costs incurred from return shipping shall be paid by the
      customer and cannot be claimed.
